Welcome to Altrex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexa website, Framer template, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Overview
Altrex is a premium Framer template designed for SaaS companies and modern startups. Purchasing or downloading the template grants you a license to use it according to the terms set forth below.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Nexa template for one project, subject to these Terms.
You are permitted to:
Customize the template for your own website or for a client’s website
Use it for a single end product (one domain or website)
Modify and adapt the design to fit your needs
You are not permitted to:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original template files
Use the template to build multiple websites for different clients without purchasing additional licenses
Sell or distribute the template (or any modified version) as a theme, template, UI kit, or starter kit
Remove any copyright notices or attribution from the template files (unless you have an extended license)
3. Purchases and Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. All prices are shown in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees.
All sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds after the template has been downloaded, except where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Nexa template, including its design, code, graphics, and content, remain the exclusive property of Nexa or its licensors.
Downloading or purchasing the template does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
The content you publish using the template
Ensuring your website complies with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintaining the security of your account and website
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use the template for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code (beyond normal customization)
Misrepresent the origin or ownership of the template
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the template and delete all copies from your devices and servers.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service and template are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the template.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Nexa template.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
